Elm Creek Playfield (Headquarters) 4905 Peony Lane North Plymouth, MN 55446	From the intersection of I-494 and Hwy. 55 (exit 22), go 3 west 3 miles to Peony Lane. Right on Peony Lane and go north .8 miles turning left into entrance of Wayzata High School. Fields are northwest of high school. Tournament Headquarters located here. (PSA17, PSA18, PSA21, PSA30, PSA31, PSA32).
Greenwood Playfield 18005 Medina Road Plymouth, MN 55447	From the intersection of I-394 and I-494, go west on I-494 to Hwy. 55. West on 55 to Highway 101. Go south .5 miles on 101 to Medina Road. Turn right onto Medina Road and take the 2nd left into the parking lot. (PSA39, PSA45, PSA-C, PSA-E)
Maple Grove Senior High 9800 Fernbrook Lane Maple Grove, MN 55369	From I-494/694 interchange in Maple Grove: Go North on I-94 to Cty Rd 30/Maple Grove Parkway (Exit 213). Turn right (Northeast) on Maple Grove Parkway. Go .6 mile, turn right (East) at 99th Avenue. Turn right on Fernbrook Lane. Turn left just after the tennis courts. Filed 26A is the turf field in the southeast corner. (MPB26A)
Oakwood Playfield 1700 CR-101 North Plymouth, MN 55447	From the intersection of I-394 and I-494, go west on 394 to Hwy 101. North on Hwy 101 to Cty Rd 6. Oakwood Playfield is at northeast corner of intersection behind the school. (PSA03, PSA04)
Parkers Lake Community Playfield 15500 County Road 6 Plymouth, MN 55447	From the intersection of I494 and I394, go North on I494 about 1.7 miles to the Country Road 6 exit. Exit onto County Road 6 and head West (left over 494) for .9 miles. Turn right, going North on Niagara Lane for 1 block, Turn left (West) onto 18th Avenue North, go 1 block, then turn left into the parking lot of Parkers Lake Community Playfield. Soccer fields are just West of tennis courts, just North of baseball fields.
Plymouth Creek Playfield 3625 Fernbrook Lane Plymouth, MN 55446	From the intersection of I-394 and 494, go north on 494 to TH-55. Go west on TH-55 to Fernbrook Lane. Right on Fernbrook about 3/4 mile to park on left side of street. Fields PSA05 and PSA06 are near the back of the park immediately west of the ball diamond. Field PSA28 is located off of 34^thAvenue (take a left off Fernbrook at 34^th Avenue and wind around to Plymouth Creek Center (less than ½ mile) on your right. Drive up into the parking lot – field is just north of the parking lot (also known as Plymouth Creek Dome).
Plymouth Middle School 10011 36th Ave North Plymouth, MN 55441 NOTE: Southbound Hwy 169 is closed between 77^th Avenue North and Hwy 55.	From the South: From the intersection of Hwy 169 and I-394, go north to 36th Avenue North exit. Go west (left) on 36th .2 miles to Plymouth Middle School (on the left). Parking lot is just before you reach the school. Turn left into parking lot - field is just south. (PSA02) From the North: From the intersection of I-694 and I-494, head south on I-494 to County Road 9 exit. Go east on County Road 9 to Zachary Lane (1.7 miles). Turn Right on Zachary Lane to 36^th Avenue North (.8 miles). Go east (left on 36^th Avenue North to Plymouth Middle School on your right (.8 miles). Enter the 2^nd parking lot (next to tennis courts). Field is immediately south of the parking lot. (Field A). Alternate Route from the North: From the intersection of I-694 and Hwy 100, head south on Hwy 100 to 36^th Avenue North. Turn right (west) onto 36^th Avenue, traveling over Hwy 169 to Plymouth Middle School on your left (x miles). Enter the 1^st parking lot on your left (next to tennis courts). Field is immediately south of the parking lot. (Field A).
Ridgemount Playfield 12000 Ridgemount Ave Plymouth, MN 55441 NOTE: Southbound Hwy 169 is closed between 77^th Avenue North and Hwy 55.	From the intersection of I-394 and Hwy 169, go west on I-394 (.8) miles to the first exit (Cty Rd 73). Turn right and go north 0.4 miles to Ridgemount Ave. Turn left and go west on Ridgemount 0.5 miles. Turn right just past tennis courts. (PSA01, PSA07, PSA22, PSA48)
Sonnesyn Elementary 3421 Boone Ave North New Hope, MN 55428 NOTE: Southbound Hwy 169 is closed between 77^th Avenue North and Hwy 55.	From the South: From the intersection of I-394 and Hwy 169, go north on Hwy 169 to 36^th Avenue North exit. Go east on 36^th Avenue to Boone Avenue and turn right (south - .5 miles). Proceed south on Boone Avenue for two blocks, turn right into parking lot. Field immediately south of school. (Field A). From the North: From the intersection of I-694 and I-494, head south on I-494 to County Road 9 exit. Go east on County Road 9 to Zachary Lane (1.7 miles). Turn Right on Zachary Lane to 36^th Avenue North (.8 miles). Go east (left on 36^th Avenue North to Boone Avenue and turn right (south – 1.2 miles). Proceed south on Boone Avenue for two blocks, turn right into parking lot. Field immediately south of school. (Field A). Alternate Route from the North: From the intersection of I-694 and Hwy 100, head south on Hwy 100 to 36^th Avenue North. Turn right (west) onto 36^th Avenue and turn left on Boone Avenue (south – 2.1 miles). Proceed south on Boone Avenue for two blocks, turn right into parking lot. Field immediately south of school. Victory Park East Research Center Road New Hope, MN 55428 NOTE: Southbound Hwy 169 is closed between 77^th Avenue North and Hwy 55.	From the South:From the intersection of I-394 and Hwy 169, go north on Hwy 169 to the Bass Lake Road exit. Go east on Bass Lake Road .1 miles and turn right onto International Parkway. Follow International Parkway south as it winds around Victory Park to the stop sign (.4 miles). Turn left onto International Parkway and go .1 mile to East Research Center Road. Turn left, go another .1 mile and turn left into the parking lot. Field is immediately north of baseball diamond. (Field A) From the North: From the intersection of I-694 and I-494, go south on I-494 to Bass Lake Road Exit. Go east on Bass Lake Road 2.9 miles, turning right onto International Parkway. Follow International Parkway south as it winds around Victory Park to the stop sign (.4 miles). Turn left onto International Parkway and go .1 mile to East Research Center Road. Turn left, go another .1 mile and turn left into the parking lot. Field is immediately north of baseball diamond. (Field A)
Wayzata Central Middle School 305 Vicksburg Lane Plymouth, MN 55447	From the intersection of I-394 & I-494, go north on 494 to Co. Rd. 6. Go west on Co. Rd. 6 to Vicksburg Lane. Go south on Vicksburg to Wayzata Central Middle School. All fields are located behind the school, except PSA15 which is located inside the fenced stadium. (PSA10, PSA11, PSA15, PSA-C, PSA-D)
Wayzata West Middle School 149 Barry Avenue North Wayzata, MN 55391	From the intersection of I-394 and I-494, go west on I-394 to Highway 101 (Central Avenue). Turn left on 101 and go ½ mile to Wayzata Boulevard. Take a right on Wayzata Boulevard and travel approximately 1 mile to Wayzata West Middle School (on your right). Turn into the 2^nd parking lot. Fields are located on the football field. (PSA-A, PSA-B, PSA-C, PSA-D)
Zachary Playfield 4353 Zachary Lane North Plymouth, MN 55442 NOTE: Southbound Hwy 169 is closed between 77^th Avenue North and Hwy 55.	From the intersection of I-394 and I-494, go north on I-494 to County Road 9. Turn right (East) on CR9 and go 1.5 miles to Zachary Lane. Take a left on Zachary Lane and travel ½ block, turning left into the parking lot. Both fields are located north of the parking, past the tennis courts. (PSA08, PSA09)
