Registration:

Players
MUST
be in the U7 & U8 age group to participate in this program as we combine
the U7 & U8 age groups. See age group birth-year guidelines below.
§ Register
online at the PSA Online Registration System (https://plymouthsoccer.cogran.com).
Use your User Name and Password to access the system. Once in the system,
please follow the instructions for the selected program.
§
Registration is based on the MYSA birth year cutoff-dates (August 1st-July
31st)
§
Any “play-with” request must be submitted in the “Special Requests”
section of the online registration
Age
Group (Birth Year Guidelines):

U8: August 1, 2004 – July 31, 2005
§
U7: August 1, 2005 – July 31, 2006
Team Formation:
-
Teams
are formed by gender and the combination of the U7 & U8 age groups
-
“Play-with” requests and school attended will be considered
PSA
Trainers:
§
Conduct the technical “skills” portion of the session, with an
age-appropriate curriculum
§
Observe games and provide coach/player feedback.
Team
Coaches:
§
PSA relies on volunteer coaches for teams in this program
§
Coach the games within the one hour session
§
Register as a Coach in the Online Registration System or call the
PSA office (763-450-3099)
Uniforms:
-
T-Shirt will be provided and distributed at the start of each 6-week
block. Should be worn for all sessions attended

Players supply their own shorts and socks
Equipment:
-
Shin guards are
MANDATORY for ALL players and
must be completely covered by long
socks.

Soccer shoes (no toe-cleats) are
recommended, but tennis shoes may be worn.

Please bring enough water/sport drink, in an
appropriate/safe container, to all sessions.
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE:
-
A player must not use equipment or wear anything that is dangerous
to themselves or another player.
-
If a child wears glasses, they should be secured with a
head-band.
Soccer Balls:
-
All players should bring a fully-inflated ball to each session.
U7 & U8 age groups use a size 3 ball.
